Within its remit, the Deputies' Ethics Committee deals with supplementing, correcting and disseminating the Rules of Deputy Ethics (Resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of 17 July 1998 - Monitor Polski [Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland] No 24, item 338), the Committee also examines cases of wrongful conduct of Deputies, analyses Deputy property statements, and examines issues associated with the Register of Deputies' Benefits and the Deputies' property statements.
